Using the service

Tutu Workspace provides free online office tools. You are responsible for the content you create and process, and for complying with applicable laws.

Accounts

Some optional features (e.g. cloud saving) require registration. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. By default it is processed locally; it is only uploaded when you actively use cloud features.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to disrupt normal operation.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. Back up important files.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes are noted via the updated date.
